BUSINESS PROBLEMS

Customers who used Attivio's Active Intelligence Engine (AIE, now Attivio Platform) to do Campaign Management using Attivio Business Center with Content Spotlighting, wanted access control mechanism such that only certain people can change campaigns and controlled queries. This allowed users and groups fine grained access to modules and domain objects within the modules. It allowed an admin to control which user can create a campaign, controlled queries, dictionaries and update rules.

SOLUTION / MY ROLE

I completely designed and developed the User Management Console for Attivio Business Center. Designs were reviewed with internal stakeholders and customers. I did usability sessions on the developed final deliverable.
