BUSINESS PROBLEM
Before claims into HealthEdge Payor system from the 3rd party system like Axiom or other claims system, a sample of claims file need to be tested so that system will work fine, file loads are compitable and so on, so that customers do not have to rollback errors later.
MY ROLE / SOLUTION
I provided the entire end to end design direction to this. I worked with VP of Professional services and key internal stakeholders and customers to make sure we are doing the testing via a UI. This UI saved a lot of time for the internal implementation engineers whose job is to make sure the systems are compatible. I also had the UI tested for usability testing.

Users can upload a file from the 3rd party system and make sure it is valid. They can also download the cleaned up file if any.
Focus was on making sure the tool is intuitive,self-explanatory and large amount of documentation does not have to be written for it.
