BUSINESS PROBLEMS

When I first joined HealthEdge, UX at the company was non-existent. UIs were being built organically without any Human Factors support or design thinking.

SOLUTION / MY ROLE

Over a period of time, I introduced 4 Design Systems to cater to current products, new overhauled products and mobile offerings. These Design Systems were hosted using Invision Design System Manager. The links were then socialized throughout the company. Developers were brought into the fold. I also collaborated and provided React components as code based design system (see below). For the same project, I mandated the use of licensed Kendo UI library so that we can get professional components out of the box and the team can focus on providing functional value.
