Cross-functional UX Leader/Strategist
I lead UX-Product Strategy through a player-coach model—guiding teams while driving execution. As a UX Director and Research enabler, I work across functions to turn vision into measurable product outcomes. I influence product, engineering, marketing, and customer teams to embed UX into strategic decisions and ensure it has a lasting seat at the table.

As a design architect and strategic product thinker I empower high performing teams to sustain smooth journeys from concept to backlog by using story telling, Quality laiden MVP mindset, product-ux prioritization and go-to-market strategies.
AI Strategist, Systems thinker
With a foundation in human-centered design and a track record of scaling UX orgs, I specialize in turning cutting-edge AI—Generative, Agentic, and NLP—into meaningful product experiences. I've led strategy for multiple LLM-powered healthcare platforms, built AI-backed design tools from the ground up, and advised early-stage startups on AI-as-a-Platform initiatives.
Coach and Speaker
As a certified coach and mentor, I've helpedover 100 professionals of all career and practice levels. I speak and write about UX, AI, tech and working with people. I love speaking at local and national events so that I can give back to a wider community by sharing my know-how and experiences, while learning from them.
My personal values as a leader are Trust, Work Ethic, Emotional Intelligence and Communication. The team values I seek to nourish and develop are Visibility, Accountability, Measurability and Predictability.
When hiring, as situation demands, I like to toggle between hiring UX generalists and specialists with a goal of having a balanced team of senior and early-career professionals.
Depending on organization dynamics, I like to embed UX in product teams while still having UX as a Community of Practice focussed on excellence. I like to operate with high emotional intelligence, in individuals and as a team. Shared Understanding is key to teamwork. Practicing Psychological Safety and EQ in central to all my engagements.
When developing my team, I believe that it needs to be coaching based where team development has a two components:
- Coaching that helps team scale in terms of practice, process and output.
- Coaching that helps individual scale and grow tailored to their aspirations and talent
My UX strategy methodology is grounded in clarity, flexibility, and continuous learning. We start by understanding where we are and where we want to go—then shape the strategy and tactics to bridge that gap. I apply a Design Thinking mindset, adapting relevant frameworks to guide the team toward meaningful outcomes. This approach is both flexible and scalable. I’ve used it across greenfield initiatives and existing products—tailoring it to match the pace and complexity of each project, whether in Agile sprints or Design Sprints. At its core, the process is anchored in real user insight. Because we are never our users, not listening to them is dealbreaker. Voice of the customer and users shape everything we build.
My product management approach is lean, insight-driven, and action-oriented. I begin by deeply understanding who we’re building for and why—ensuring every decision is grounded in both user and market research. I closely partner with UX teams to align customer insight with business needs. I’m vigilant about scope, following a disciplined MVP-and-iteration model to deliver value quickly without compromising focus. Every increment is measured for impact—because if we can’t measure it, we can’t improve it.

my journey
My professional journey, like many careers today, has not been a straight line. It has taken me from a UX Developer to UI Architect to UX Architect, on to a Senior Director of UX and a design agency founder. Along the way I have trained my self as a Scrum professional, UX strategist, AI Strategist, AI Product Manager and a Coach.
